Stored in Canada
Cadence’s database, which holds business accounts and the information about your clients (their names, numbers, points and memberships), is in Canada, in Montréal.
Services in other countries
Some of the services Cadence runs on are based in the United States: hosting, email, analytics and payments. Information can pass through or be processed there while Cadence works, as our Privacy policy explains.
It’s yours
Your clients’ information belongs to your business. Ask us for a copy of your data any time. If you leave, we keep it for 90 days so you can take it with you, then delete it.
